I went through the contract terms expecting there to be some sneaky catch buried somewhere, but it was easy to follow. The pricing and billing details were right there, not hidden behind a bunch of confusing wording. I was kind of looking for the usual runaround, but it felt straightforward to me.

"Canceling took a little longer than I hoped"
I used spectrum-onlinedeals.com for my service, and when I eventually needed to cancel, the process was just okay :-/ It wasn’t a nightmare or anything, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as I expected. I had to call in, explain why I was canceling, and then got transferred once before things really moved along.
The rep I spoke with was polite, so I’ll give them that, but it did feel like they were trying to keep me on the line a bit too long. In the end, the cancellation went through, so it worked out. Overall, I’d say it was fine… not bad, not amazing :)

"Speed’s been solid so far"
Found a deal on spectrum-onlinedeals.com and went ahead with it. Got the internet set up quick. the speed’s been better than I expected.

Streaming is way less annoying now. Hardly any buffering. Work calls too, much smoother than before, even when there are a few phones and laptops connected.

So far, I’m happy with it. Nothing dramatic. No big problems. Just fast internet doing what it’s supposed to do

I did the self-install myself and, it was kind of okay. At first I thought I had missed a step because it wasn’t working right away, but then I remembered the classic fix—restart it. Once I did that, it started working. So yeah, not totally seamless, but not a huge headache either.

I ended up getting a bundle through spectrum-onlinedeals.com, and at first glance it seemed like it would save me a bit compared to getting everything separately. The setup details were clear too, and from the tone of the instructions, I assumed it was going to be a fairly simple process, which it mostly was.

Once the extra fees showed up, though, the deal felt more average than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, and everything works fine for what I need, but I guess I was assuming there would be a little more savings based on how the bundle sounded.

Setting up my account on spectrum-onlinedeals.com was painless. It only took a few minutes, and I didn’t really run into any confusing steps. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars was that the confirmation email took a bit longer than I expected. I was browsing spectrum-onlinedeals.com hoping to find a good promo, and at first it looked like I might’ve found one. The site itself worked fine and was easy enough to use, but the eligibility details weren’t very clear to me. After checking further, I realized I didn’t actually qualify for the deal I wanted. Kind of disappointing, honestly. I just wish the promo rules had been easier to see upfront before I got excited about it

The phone service is still okay most days, but it feels like it used to be better. Calls drop here and there, and getting help from support can take longer than I’d like. It’s not awful, but it’s not anything special either. For the price, I’d say it’s average

"Late appointment was frustrating"
I booked through Spectrum Internet and got a window for a tech to come out, so I planned my day around it.
He ended up showing up almost two hours late, and I didn’t get any kind of heads up until I had already been sitting around most of the afternoon. That part was ridiculous. I get that delays happen, but communication would’ve helped a lot.

The tech was nice once he finally arrived, so I don’t want to blame him personally, but the timing was really inconvenient. I’d give it 2 stars because they seriously need to do better with punctuality.

"Activation was more of a hassle than I expected"
I’m not sure if it was something on my end or what, but getting it activated took way longer than I thought it would. It eventually worked, but the whole process was kind of frustrating.
